Anti-TM4SF1 (clone 2A7A)-mc-LP2 ADC (CAT#: ADC-075LZY)

This ADC product is composed of an anti-TM4SF1 antibody (clone 2A7A) conjugated via mc linker to LP2 (2A7A-mc-LP2). It has demonstrated a response in mouse TM4SF1-expressing tumor treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of LP2 inhibiting tubulin polymerization andultimately inducing G2-M cell-cycle arrest and cell death .

Specifications

  • Antibody Overview
  • Humanized rabbit Anti-Mouse TM4SF1 mAb,2A7A
  • Clone
  • 2A7A
  • Linker
  • mc(maleimidocaproyl)
  • Linker Class/Description
  • Class: Noncleavable linker
Description: Noncleavable linker is considered noncleavable-meaning linker cleavage, and payload release does not depend on the differential properties between the plasma and some cytoplasmic compartments. Instead, the release of the cytotoxic drug is postulated to occur after internalization of the ADC via antigen-mediated endocytosis and delivery to lysosomal compartment, where the antibody is degraded to the level of amino acids through intracellular proteolytic degradation
  • Drug
  • LP2 (chemical name mc-3377)
  • Drug Class/Description
  • Class: Auristatin
Description: Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

Target

  • Introduction
  • The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. This encoded protein is a cell surface antigen and is highly expressed in different carcinomas. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
