Affilin anti-E7 (SAF-L037)

The Affilin that bound Human Papillomavirus E7 Protein was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. Affilin is a registered trademark of Scil Proteins GmbH. Affilin proteins are structurally derived from human ubiquitin (historically also from gamma-B crystallin). After affinity maturation, Affilin variants were identified having affinities (KD=70 nM) for Human Papillomavirus E7 Protein as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
