Affilin anti-NGF (SAF-L039)

The Affilin that bound proNGF was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. Affilin is a registered trademark of Scil Proteins GmbH. Affilin proteins are structurally derived from human ubiquitin (historically also from gamma-B crystallin). After affinity maturation, Affilin variants were identified having affinities (KD=6 nM) for proNGF as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
