Anti-ACVR2B ADCC Enhanced Antibody (ANB012) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. ANB012 is a pre-clinical antibody that antagonizes ActRIIB. ActRIIB antagonism has been shown to downregulate a variety of factors that lead to muscle loss and wasting.
