The binding assays were conducted either in the absence of an anti-Cls antibody ("media") or in the presence of one of six anti-Cls antibodies (1B4, 3F8, 3G3, 5A1, 5C12, or 7C4). Left columns show binding signals for anti-Cls antibody binding to the Cls protein; middle columns show binding signals for anti-Cls antibody binding to the Cls proenzyme; right columns show binding signals for anti-Cls antibody binding to the human transferrin (HT) negative control protein.
