Anti-CD18 Immunocytokine, ELAM-1-IgG (mAb 60.3) (ACFP-SH162)

This antibody-cytokine fusion protein was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-CD18 IgG to ELAM-1. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunocytokine retains the ability to bind the CD18 as well as the biological activity of ELAM-1. This mAb is highly regarded among anti-CD18 antibodies in its ability to inhibit a plethora of leukocyte functions. This immunocytokine was designed for treating inhibit a plethora of leukocyte functions.

E-selectin, also known as CD62 antigen-like family member E (CD62E), endothelial-leukocyte adhesion molecule 1 (ELAM-1), or leukocyte-endothelial cell adhesion molecule 2 (LECAM2), is a cell adhesion molecule expressed only on endothelial cells activated by cytokines. Like other selectins, it plays an important part ininflammation. In humans, E-selectin is encoded by the SELE gene.
