Mouse Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (TAB-0994CL-S(P)) (CAT#: TAB-0994CL-S(P))
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody scFv fragment that recognizes PD-1 ligand. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. Its full-length antibody was derived from a hybridoma cell line that secretes a CD274 specific monoclonal antibody. Its full-length antibody could block the PD-1/PD-L1 binding as tested by ELISA. This product has a purity higher than 95% determined by SDS-PAGE and an endotoxin level under control.
