Klangsinsirikul, P., Carter, G. I., Byrne, J. L., Hale, G., & Russell, N. H. (2002). Campath-1G causes rapid depletion of circulating host dendritic cells (DCs) before allogeneic transplantation but does not delay donor DC reconstitution. Blood, 99(7), 2586-2591.

Circulating host DCs were depleted 24 hours after the first dose of Campath antibody. In this case the number of DCs fell from 19.19 × 10⁶/L (A) to 0.80 × 10⁶/mL (B).
