Membranes blotted with 100 ng of purified CHIK.sE2 protein (lane 1) or 105 FFU of sucrose-purified CHIK virus (lane 2) and were individually incubated with MAb 3C3, 3E4, or 8A4 as described in Materials and methods. Anti-CHIK HMAF was used as a positive control.
