Anti-CTAG1B ADCC Enhanced Antibody (CTA-001) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. CTA001 is the first human-derived antibody against cancer-testis (CT) antigen NY-ESO-1, whitch efficiently inhibits the growth of tumors in mice acting synergistically with chemotherapy. It has great potential for defining a new therapeutic class in cancer medicine.
