Mouse Anti-E3G Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb4155) (CAT#: PABZ-038)

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (mAb4155) is capable of binding to E3G (estriol 3-(β-D-glucuronide), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This antibody specifically recognises the steroid hormone estrone β-D-glucuronide (E3G), with very high affinity, and the closely related hormone estriol 3-(β-Dglucuronide) (El3G), with reduced affinity.

Antibody 4155 at 500 nM, 200 nM, 100nM and 50 nM from top down. A background signal consisting of the interaction of antibody with a flowcell derivatised with ethanolamine was subtracted from each of the curves. BSA- peptide conjugate immobilised using NHS/EDC coupling chemistry. HEPES buffer, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Red lines are model data, black lines are experimental data.
