Anti-EGFR Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, IgG (trastuzumab)-IL2 (CAT#: ACFP-SH155)

This antibody-cytokine fusion protein was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-EGFR IgG to IL2. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunocytokine retains the ability to bind the EGFR as well as the biological activity of IL2. This immunocytokine was designed for treating any type of solid or non-solid cancer or malignant lymphoma.

  • Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is an interleukin, a type of cytokine signaling molecule in the immune system.
