Recombinant Human Antibody (HFE7A) is capable of binding to Fas, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-Fas mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-Fas mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.
Figure 1 Binding Assay to Human Fas-AIC2.
The symbols correspond to h-HFE7A α- (◇), β- (□), γ- (〇), δ- (△), and ζ- (▼). Chimeric HFE7A (■) was used as the positive control. Human IgG1 (●) was used as the negative control. Similar results were obtained with three independent experiments.
