Recombinant Human Anti-H2N2 HA Antibody (2G1) (CAT#: PABZ-186)

Recombinant Human Antibody (2G1) is capable of binding to H2N2 HA, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-H2N2 HA mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-H2N2 HA proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. MAbs 8F8, 8M2, and 2G1, that were generated with hybridoma technology from the peripheral blood of middle-aged donors. These three antibodies showed a similar spectrum.

Mice were inoculated on day 0 and treated on day 1 with the indicated antibody (8F8, 8M2, 2G1, or a human IgG control) and dose. In each group, six mice were monitored for survival (A) and weight (B). At the 8F8 200-μg dose (P < 0.01), the 8F8 20-μg dose (P < 0.05), the 8M2 200-μg dose (P < 0.01), the 2G1 200-μg dose (P < 0.01), and the 2G1 20-μg dose (P < 0.01), treatment conferred a survival advantage by log rank test.
