Recombinant Humanized Anti-HBV preS1 Antibody (HzKR127) (CAT#: PABC-054)
Recombinant Humanized Antibody (HzKR127) is capable of binding to HBV preS1, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HBV preS1 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HBV preS1 mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. The humanized monoclonal antibody HzKR127 recognizes the preS1 domain of the human hepatitis B virus surface proteins with a broadly neutralizing activity in vivo.

Validation of epitope specificity and off-target activity of HzKR127-3.2. GST-preS1 (amino acids 1-56) protein (WT) and a series of alanine replacement mutants were expressed in E. coli and subjected to 12% SDS-PAGE (bottom) followed by western blot analysis with KR127, HzKR127-3.1, or HzKR127-3.2 (Top). The protein band corresponding to the GST-preS1 is marked.
