Figure 2 JVM-2 and GRANTA-519 cells were treated with 1D09C3 (10 μg/mL) for 4 to 24 hours.

GRANTA-519 cells were plated at 1 × 10⁶/mL and incubated with 1D09C3 (10 μg/mL). At the indicated time points, loss of mitochondrial potential was measured using TMRE staining and flow cytometry.
