Anti-IL21R ADCC Enhanced Antibody (PF-05230900) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. PF-05230900 is a fully human monoclonal anti-IL-21 receptor (IL-21R) antibody, has a prolonged PD effect measured by IL-21R occupancy; was highly immunogenic after single dose administration and has PK properties with rapid clearance and low bioavailability.
