Human Anti-PS Recombinant Antibody (clone pSTAb) (CAT#: PABZ-170)

Recombinant Human Antibody (pSTAb) is capable of binding to PS (pThr peptide), expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-PS (pThr peptide) mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-PS (pThr peptide) proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. PSTAb with sequence "STPRGST".

(a,b) For both pSAb (a) and pSTAb (b), no binding inhibition was observed for the unphosphorylated peptides up to 2 µM, whereas strong inhibition was observed for the phosphorylated peptides. (c) For pYAb, weak inhibition was observed at high concentrations of the unphosphorylated Tyr peptide, but ~20-fold less pTyr peptide was required to observe the same level of inhibition.
