A, binding ability of 6C2 with RTA and RTA mutants are measured by ELISA. B, inhibition of RTA and RTA mutants enzymatic activities by 6C2. After RTA or RTA mutants were preincubated with (or without) 6C2 antibody, luciferase template mRNA was added to the rabbit reticulocyte lysates containing intact ribosomes. The relative luciferase activity, which was linear with the concentration of luciferase, was measured by GloMaxTM 96 Microplate Luminometer. C, table showing the RTA mutants.
