Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human SEMA4A. The anti-human sema4A antibodiess are useful in treating autoimmune diseases, cancers and other disease. Anti-human sema4A antibodiess can inhibit T cell proliferation and Th2 differentiation induced by IL-4, anti-CD3, anti-CD28 and recombinant sema4A.
