Recombinant Anti-human TERT Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B046(G))
Recombinant anti-TERT intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind human TERT, expressed in CHO cells. The intrabody can directed against hTERT to attenuate the immortalization of human uterine cervix and hepatoma cells.

Cationic peptides and proteins have been observed to penetrate cells, and both natural and synthetic cell-penetrating peptides are widely used as delivery vehicles. However, whereas a covalent link between the cell-penetrating peptide and its cargo is typically required.
