Live-cell ELISA with purified scFv on tomoregulin (TR)–expressing PC-3–TR clone 69 (left). Binding of the monovalent scFv to native TR in a standard cell-based ELISA is similar to nonspecific binding by a control scFv at concentrations of 5 µg/mL (200 nM), 1 µg/mL (40 nM), and 0.2 µg/mL (8 nM).
