Anti-TfR Immunocytokine, IgG (ch17217)-IL2 (ACFP-SH023)

This antibody-cytokine fusion protein was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-TfR IgG to IL2. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunocytokine retains the ability to bind the TfR as well as the biological activity of IL2. This antibody-cytokine fusion protein can potentially be used against different tumor types due to TfR overexpression in a wide variety of cancer malignances. This immunocytokine was designed for treating TfR overexpression cancer malignances.
