Recombinant Mouse Anti-TrkA Antibody scFv Fragment (MNAC13) (CAT#: PABX-182-S (P))

Anti-TrkA antibody is a Mouse of scFv class that binds to an TrkA. This antibody recognizes with high affinity and specificity the neurotrophin receptor TrkA and displays a neutralizing activity toward the NGF/TrkA interaction. This mouse monoclonal antibody, besides being highly specific and selective for the extracellular domain of human TrkA receptor, does not bind to any other closely related members of the Trk receptor super family.

MNAC13 recognises the TrkA receptor on living cells. Balb/C 3T3 or TrkA+ Balb/C 3T3 cells were incubated with MNAC13 antibody and subjected to FACS analysis.

MNAC13 does not bind to the p75 receptor: Surface Plasmon Resonance experiments were performed by using a BIACore instrument (BIACore, Uppsala, Sweden).
