Anti-B7H6 × Anti-CD3 Bi-specific T-cell engagers (BITE-L020)

Recombinant Anti-B7H6 × Anti-CD3 Bi-specific T-cell engagers (BiTE) was expressed as a single-chain Fv (scFv) from anti-B7H6 VH and VL region fused with a scFv of anti-CD3 VH and VL region with a His-tag at the C-terminus. This BsAb exists as a monomer under non-reducing and reducing condition. It is capable of targeting effector T cells to induce T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity of cells associated with a disease, such as B7H6(+) hematological and solid tumors.
