Anti-gp120 × Anti-CD3 Bi-specific T-cell engagers (BITE-L021)

Recombinant Anti-gp120 × Anti-CD3 Bi-specific T-cell engagers (BiTE) was expressed as a single-chain Fv (scFv) from anti-gp120 VH and VL region fused with a scFv of anti-CD3 VH and VL region with a His-tag at the C-terminus. This BsAb exists as a monomer under non-reducing and reducing condition. It is capable of targeting effector T cells to induce T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity of cells associated with a disease, such as ADIS.
