This ADC product is composed of an anti-M1S1 antibody (clone C16 ) conjugated via vc-PABC linker to Aur0101 (C16-vc-PABC-Aur0101). It has demonstrated a response in pancreatic cancer treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of binding to DNA minor groove and causing sequence-specific double-strand DNA cleavage.
