Anti-TF (clone HuMab-TF-011)-mc-MMAF ADC (CAT#: ADC-069CL)

This ADC product is composed of an anti-Tissue factor (TF) antibody (clone HuMab-TF-011) conjugated via mc linker to MMAF(HuMab-TF-011-mcMMAF (d)). It has demonstrated a response in cancer, inflammation and vascular diseases treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) as microtubule inhibitor.

Specifications

  • Antibody Overview
  • Anti-Tissue factor (TF) Antibody, HuMab-TF-011
  • Clone
  • HuMab-TF-011
  • Antibody Isotype
  • IgG1k
  • Linker
  • Mc (maleimidocaproyl)
  • Linker Class/Description
  • Class: Noncleavable linkers
Description: Noncleavable linker is considered noncleavable-meaning linker cleavage, and payload release does not depend on the differential properties between the plasma and some cytoplasmic compartments. Instead, the release of the cytotoxic drug is postulated to occur after internalization of the ADC via antigen-mediated endocytosis and delivery to lysosomal compartment, where the antibody is degraded to the level of amino acids through intracellular proteolytic degradation.
  • Drug
  • MMAF (Monomethyl auristatin F)
  • Drug Class/Description
  • Class: Auristatin
Description: Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

Target

  • Introduction
  • This gene encodes coagulation factor III which is a cell surface glycoprotein. This factor enables cells to initiate the blood coagulation cascades, and it functions as the high-affinity receptor for the coagulation factor VII. The resulting complex provides a catalytic event that is responsible for initiation of the coagulation protease cascades by specific limited proteolysis. Unlike the other cofactors of these protease cascades, which circulate as nonfunctional precursors, this factor is a potent initiator that is fully functional when expressed on cell surfaces. There are 3 distinct domains of this factor: extracellular, transmembrane, and cytoplasmic. This protein is the only one in the coagulation pathway for which a congenital deficiency has not been described. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.[provided by RefSeq, May 2010]
  • Alternative Names
  • F3; coagulation factor III (thromboplastin, tissue factor); TF; TFA; CD142; tissue factor;
