Neocarzinostatin scaffold protein anti-Human Testosterone (CAT#: SNE-L145)

The Neocarzinostatin that bound Testosterone was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Neocarzinostatin variants were identified having affinities (KD=7–55 mM) for Testosterone as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
