PE-B7/Human TNFRSF13B (SPALPGLKL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1968)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human TNFRSF13B of peptide SPALPGLKL covering 147-155 and B7 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- The protein encoded by this gene is a lymphocyte-specific member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. It interacts with calcium-modulator and cyclophilin ligand (CAML). The protein induces activation of the transcription factors NFAT, AP1, and NF-kappa-B and plays a crucial role in humoral immunity by interacting with a TNF ligand.
