Anti-IFN-gamma antibody is a Human of Fab class that binds to an IFN-gamma.

Median fluorescent intensity of Hs294T cells incubated in the absence of IFN-g was 3.74; median fluorescent intensity in the presence of IFN-g, but in the absence of Ab was 9.65.
