SH3 domain scaffold protein anti-Human AKAP79 (CAT#: SST-L187)
The SH3 domain that bound AKAP79 was isolated from the library using Yeast Two-hybrid techonology. After affinity maturation, SH3 domain variants were identified having affinities for AKAP79 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
