TEM-1 β-lactamase anti-Streptavidin (STE-L199)

The TEM-1 β-lactamase that bound streptavidin was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, TEM-1 β-lactamase variants were identified having affinities (KD=0.65 μM) for streptavidin as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
