Anti-CD70 (h1F6)-β-glucuronide-potent doxorubicin ADC (CAT#: ADC-082LCT)

This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD70 antibody (clone h1F6) conjuagated via a β-glucuronide linker to Doxorubicin (h1F6-β-glucuronide-potent doxorubicin). It has demonstrated a response in lymphomas and renal cell carcinoma treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of Inhibit Topoisomerase I and cause DNA damage.

Specifications

  • Antibody Overview
  • 1F6 (Humanized Anti-CD70)
  • Clone
  • h1F6
  • Antibody Isotype
  • IgG1
  • Linker
  • β-glucuronide linker
  • Linker Class/Description
  • β-Glucuronide linkers belong to Enzymatically cleavable linkers, which have expected stability and provide facile release of the active drug. The cleavage of the β-glucuronide glycosidic bond relies on lysosomal enzyme β-glucuronidase, and this enzyme is abundantly present within lysosomes and is overexpressed in some tumor types, while the enzyme activity outside cells is low.
  • Drug
  • Doxorubicin
  • Drug Class/Description
  • Doxorubicin is the generic name for the trade name drug, Adriamycin®, as well as, Rubex®, which is a type of anti-cancer chemotherapy drug called an anthracycline. Doxorubicin works by blocking an enzyme called TopoisomeraseⅡthat cancer cells need to divide and grow.

Target

  • Introduction
  • The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin sythesis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
