anti-Rat IgG(Fc)Fab-C-DMDM ADC (CAT#: ADC-1044-SRtFz)
This ADC product is composed of a Fab fragment of an anti-rat IgG Fc specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to DMDM (anti-rat IgG(Fc)Fab-CL-DMDM). The antibody portion is a Fab fragment of a secondary antibody and the drug portion, duocarmycin DM (DMDM), is a cytotoxic small molecule which causes cell death by binding to the minor groove of DNA and alkylating the adenine. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening rat monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.
