KLK12

The human tissue humankallikreins (hKLKs) is a polygenic family consisting of 15 family members, mainly in the tissue that produces steroid hormones or steroid hormone dependence. In recent years, a large number of clinical studies have shown that the abnormal expression of KLKs family proteins is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of malignant tumors related to endocrine glands, such as breast cancer, prostate cancer and ovarian cancer. As an important member of the KLKs gene family, KLK 12 is closely related to this.
