This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of SARS-CoV M-derived peptide of LACFVLAAV covering 61-69 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

Samples of the virus are being held in laboratories in New York City, San Francisco, Manila, Hong Kong, and Toronto.
