APC-A*02:01/Human HM1.24 (KLQDASAEV) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC144)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of HM1.24-derived peptide of KLQDASAEV sequence covering 126-134 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
