APC-B*07:02/Human MAGEA1 (RVRFFFPSL) MHC Tetramer

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of MAGE-A1-derived peptide of RVRFFFPSL sequence covering 289-297 and B*07:02 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene is a member of the MAGEA gene family. The members of this family encode proteins with 50 to 80% sequence identity to each other. The promoters and first exons of the MAGEA genes show considerable variability, suggesting that the existence of this gene family enables the same function to be expressed under different transcriptional controls. The MAGEA genes are clustered at chromosomal location Xq28. They have been implicated in some hereditary disorders, such as dyskeratosis congenita.

We purchased this APC-labeled tetramer to detect T cells specific for the MAGEA1 antigen in HLA-B*07:02 samples. The RVRFFFPSL peptide loading was stable, and we obtained clear staining results that advanced our cancer antigen research significantly.
High Quality Tumor Antigen Reagent
