APC-H-2Kb/Human KCTD200 (INFDFNTI) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC221)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of KCTD20-derived peptide of INFDFNTI sequence covering 207-214 and H-2Kb molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes mouse CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
