Anti-α-FR Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, IL2-scFv (MOV19) (CAT#: ACFP-SH052)
This antibody-cytokine fusion protein was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-α-FR scFv to IL2. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunocytokine retains the ability to bind the α-FR as well as the biological activity of IL2. This construct might improve the tissue penetration and distribution of the fusion protein within the tumor, reduce its immunogenicity, and avoid the toxicity related to the systemic administration of IL2. This immunocytokine was designed for treating ovarian cancer.
