Recombinant Rabbit anti-ACPP monoclonal antibody for ICC, IHC-P, IP, WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

High Affinity For Prostate Phosphatase
The Hi-Affi™ recombinant rabbit antibody (clone DS43AB) showed excellent affinity for Prostatic Acid Phosphatase (ACPP) in our experiments. We used it for IHC on paraffin-embedded sections and obtained clear, specific staining of the prostate epithelium. The recombinant technology provides better lot-to-lot consistency.
Clear Western Blot Bands
We also validated this antibody in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. It detected the target protein cleanly without non-specific bands. The sensitivity is high, allowing us to use lower concentrations of the antibody. It has been a valuable tool for our research into androgen-regulated enzymes.
