Excellent Neutralization Activity

We tested this antibody in a functional neutralization assay for ANGPT2. It showed strong inhibitory activity, disrupting the interaction with TIE-2 as expected. The recombinant nature of the antibody ensures we get consistent potency between different lots.

Broad Species Reactivity

This antibody is fantastic because it cross-reacts with human, mouse, rabbit, and cynomolgus ANGPT2. This allowed us to use the same reagent across multiple phases of our research project. It performed flawlessly in Western Blot and ELISA applications as well.
