SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-0938CLV in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 1, 1.5 μg) and non-reduced (Lane 2, 1.5 μg) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different reduced proteins (heavy chain and light chain) migrate as about 25 kDa.

Flow cytometry analysis of THP-1 cell with purified antibody TAB-0938CLV (Green). Cells (1x10^6) were incubated with TAB-0938CLV (Unconjugated, 50 μg/mL) for 30 min at 4°C. The FITC-goat anti-human IgG antibody was used as secondary antibody and incubated at a concentration of 20 μg/mL for 30 min at 4°C. The negative control group (Red) was only incubated with the secondary antibody.
