Specific for ATF1
This recombinant human antibody (clone U66) binds selectively to ATF1. We used it for immunoprecipitation and it worked efficiently to isolate the transcription factor. It targets the folded domain (aa 211-271) specifically.
Clear Immunofluorescence Images
We obtained clear immunofluorescence images using this antibody. It labeled ATF1 in the nucleus as expected. The quality of this recombinant antibody is high, and it has been a valuable reagent for our gene regulation studies.
