Recombinant Rabbit anti-C1D monoclonal antibody for WB, ICC/IF, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

High Affinity Rabbit Antibody
The "Hi-Affi" claim seems accurate. This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody gave us very strong signals in Western Blot for C1D. We also used it for immunofluorescence to localize the protein in the nucleus, and the images were crystal clear. The recombinant technology ensures great batch consistency.
Specific For Apoptosis Study
We are studying apoptosis-inducing proteins, and C1D is a target of interest. This antibody (Clone DS402AB) specifically recognized the human protein. It helped us track the protein's expression levels under different experimental conditions. It is a high-quality reagent that I would recommend.
