Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human CALCRL. AMG 334 is a fully human monoclonal antibody under investigation for the prevention of migraine by inhibiting the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor that is believed to transmit signals that can cause incapacitating pain.
Figure 1 Inhibition of cAMP-induced CGRP receptor internalization.
CLR-FAP tagged CGRP receptor internalization was measured using flow cytometry and graphed as percent of control mean fluorescence intensity (POC).
Figure 2 CGRP-induced receptor internalization.
24 h time course of CGRP (100 nM) induced internalization of CGRP receptors.
