Figure 4 R707 completely abrogated CCL19 driven H9 cell chemotaxis at 100nM and 25nM.
Conversely, an isotype matched control immunoglobulin had virtually no effect on H9 migration. CCL21 was found to be a less potent inducer of H9 chemotaxis.

Figure 5 Representative flow cytometry plots, the rat immunoglobulin resulted in a substantial reduction in the percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ cells expressing high levels of CD62L (co-expressed with CCR7 by naive T cells) compared to untreated mice, and the CD62Lhi: CD62Llo ratio was therefore reduced.
By comparison R707 IgG4 did not result in any apparent depletion of the naive T cell population, and the observed T cell Lselhi:Lsello ratio remained unaltered.

Figure 6 R707 bound to WT and CCR7-/-CD4+ T cells to a similar degree, indicating that much of its surface binding to native mouse cells was indeed non-specific.
