Swiss mice Nude (n = 6) were grafted subcutaneously with PC3 cells. Five days after the cell transplant, the mice receive, ip, a dose of 2 mg / mouse of the test antibody followed by two administrations per week of a dose of 1 mg / mouse of this antibody. The tumor volume is evaluated by the formula [pi] / 6 x length x width x thickness.
