Great For Flow Cytometry
We used this antibody to detect Endosialin TEM1 expression on pericytes using Flow Cytometry. The separation of positive and negative populations was very clear. Since it is a recombinant human antibody, we observed very consistent performance between different experiments, which is crucial for our data.
